Military CDL Skills Test Waiver
Effective August 28, 2007, Missouri law allows the waiver of the Commercial Driver License (CDL) skills test for certain active-duty and retired US military personnel.
To qualify for the CDL skills test waiver the applicant must:
- Hold a valid driver license;
- Complete all applicable knowledge tests;
- Submit a completed Application for Military CDL Skills Test Waiver; and
- Meet all federal and state qualifications to operate a commercial motor vehicle.
