Jefferson City Tax Assistance Center Moves to Truman State Office Building

        JEFFERSON CITY - The Missouri Department of Revenue’s Jefferson City Tax Assistance Center will relocate to Room 330 of the Harry S Truman State Office Building at 301 West High Street.  The relocation will occur Thursday, November 1, 2007.  Service will remain available at the current 3400 B Knipp Drive location through close of business on Wednesday, October 31, 2007.

        Customers can visit the Tax Assistance Center for help with tax return preparation, to submit tax payments, register businesses, obtain retail sales tax licenses, and attend business tax training seminars.  Office hours are 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.  To contact the Jefferson City Tax Assistance Center dial (573) 751-7191 or email to jctax@dor.mo.gov.
