You can file and pay the following Business taxes online using a credit card or E-Check (electronic bank draft). This system is available to all business accounts registered with the department and doesn’t require a separate registration. There are, however, additional charges or convenience fees that may apply. Additional technical notes are available.

Special Notes
- Returns not filed by the due date may have penalties assessed.
- Only one Form MO-941 should be submitted for each filing period. If additional withholding needs to be remitted, a Form MO-941C must be filed in paper format.
- Quarter-monthly filers must submit all payments prior to filing Form MO-941.
- If payments are submitted under the wrong Tax Year and/or Month, please file a Form MO-941 on a paper coupon.

Payment Methods and Fees
Electronic Bank Draft (E-Check)
By entering your bank routing number and checking account number, you can pay online. There will be a .60 cent handling fee per filing period to use this service.
Note: Make sure that your bank authorizes ACH withdrawals from your account before using this service. A rejected ACH withdrawal could result in additional fees.
Debit & Credit Card
The department accepts MasterCard, Discover, Visa, and American Express. Debit cards are accepted and processed as credit cards. The following convenience fees will be charged to your account for processing:

Note: The handling and/or convenience fees included in these transactions are being paid to the third party vendor, Collector Solutions Inc., not to the Missouri Department of Revenue.
