Waynesville License Office contract awardedJEFFERSON CITY - The Office of Administration, in conjunction with the Missouri Department of Revenue, has awarded the management contract for the Waynesville License Office to Pulaski County Growth Alliance. All license office contracts in Missouri are awarded through a competitive bid process.
Pulaski County Growth Alliance has been the contractor of the Waynesville License Office since 2009. The Waynesville License Office will remain at its current location at 218 Historic 66.
In fiscal year 2013, more than 58,500 transactions were conducted at the Waynesville office, generating $223,654 in agent processing fees. Pulaski County Growth Alliance's contract includes an annual commitment to return 2 percent (approximately $4,473) of future processing fees to the state.
All local license offices are overseen by the Missouri Department of Revenue, but each is operated by an independent agent.
