Department of Revenue News Release

The Hannibal License Office, located at 21 Northport Plaza, opened today at 8:30 a.m. Office hours for the Hannibal License Office will be from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, and from 9 a.m. to noon on the last Saturday of each month.

The management contract for the Hannibal License Office was awarded to Triple B Management LLC on Nov. 6. All license office contracts in Missouri are awarded through a competitive bid process. Each license office is operated by an independent contractor but overseen by the Missouri Department of Revenue.

In fiscal year 2017, more than 33,000 transactions were conducted at the Hannibal License Office, generating approximately $112,693 in agent processing fees.
