Monroe City License Office contract awarded
JEFFERSON CITY

The Missouri Office of Administration, in conjunction with the Missouri Department of Revenue, has awarded the management contract for the Monroe City License Office to the City of Monroe City - Monroe City License Office. All license office contracts in Missouri are awarded through a competitive bid process.
In fiscal year 2017, more than 12,000 transactions were conducted at the Monroe City office, generating approximately $40,763 in agent processing fees.
All local license offices are overseen by the Missouri Department of Revenue, but each is operated by an independent agent.
