Food Truck Information

Food truck sales are subject to the full sales tax rate for the location where the sale is made.

You can find the tax rate for the location using the sales and use rate map found here Missouri Sales and Use Tax Lookup (ttr.services).

You may also contact the Department of Revenue at (573) 751-4876 or localgov@dor.mo.gov to request the correct tax rate for the location you will be making sales.

To register your food truck location, go the Mytax. mo.gov. If the address is known, register the location using the correct address the food truck will be making sales. If the address is unknown, you may enter Mobile Sales in the Address 1 line on your sales tax return.
