Update the list of officers, partners, members

To update your current list of officers, partners or members, you will need to complete a Registration Change Request Form 126.

Change ownership

Depending on how your ownership is changing, you may need to close your current account and apply for a new Missouri Tax Identification number for your new type of ownership. You should contact the Department to determine if you will need to apply for a new number businesstaxregister@dor.mo.gov or call 573-751-5860.

Change the "doing business as" (DBA) name

To update your business name, you can complete and mail the Department a Registration Change Request Form 126, email us at businesstaxregister@dor.mo.gov or call 573-751-5860.

Update an address

To update your address information that is currently on file, you will need to complete a Registration Change Request Form 126, email us at businesstaxregister@dor.mo.gov or call 573-751-5860.

Change or add a business location

To update your business address information that is currently on file, you will need to complete a Registration Change Request Form 126, email us at businesstaxregister@dor.mo.gov or call 573-751-5860. If you are adding a new retail sales tax location, a bond may be required. You can obtain business registration forms here.

Close an account
