Warrenton License Office contract awardedJEFFERSON CITY - The Office of Administration, in conjunction with the Missouri Department of Revenue, has awarded the management contract for the Warrenton License Office to Wentzville Agency Management, LLC. All license office contracts in Missouri are awarded through a competitive bid process.
Wentzville Agency Management, LLC has been the contractor of the Warrenton License Office since 2009. The Warrenton License Office will remain at its current location at 609 E. Veterans Memorial Parkway.
In fiscal year 2013, more than 45,000 transactions were conducted at the Warrenton office, generating $152,476 in agent processing fees. Wentzville Agency Management's contract includes an annual commitment to return 5 percent (approximately $7,623) of future processing fees to the state.
All local license offices are overseen by the Missouri Department of Revenue, but each is operated by an independent agent.
