• DORA (Department of Revenue Answers) Chatbot

  
  DORA, the Department’s virtual assistant chatbot, is programmed to respond to common taxation, motor vehicle, and driver licensing questions.

• Utilize our electronic tax filing and payment options
• Take advantage of the tax return status tracker and enroll in automatic text and email alerts each time the status of your return is updated.
• Update your individual income tax address

• Motor Vehicle

  • Determine what is required to renew your registration
  • Vehicle owners with a license plate renewal that indicates a PIN (personal identification number) can renew online.
  • Update your address for motor vehicle record(s)
