Department of Revenue News Release

JEFFERSON CITY – The Office of Administration, in conjunction with the Missouri Department of Revenue, has awarded the management contract for the Fulton License Office to Koester and Koester, LLC. All license office contracts in Missouri are awarded through a competitive bid process.

Koester and Koester, LLC has been the contractor of the Fulton License Office since 2009. The Fulton License Office will remain at its current location at 354 Country Meadows Ln.

In fiscal year 2013, more than 44,000 transactions were conducted at the Fulton office, generating $147,817 in agent processing fees. Koester and Koester’s contract includes an annual commitment to return 3 percent (approximately $4,434) of future processing fees to the state.

All local license offices are overseen by the Missouri Department of Revenue, but each is operated by an independent agent.
