Department of Revenue News Release

The Office of Administration, in conjunction with the Missouri Department of Revenue, has awarded the management contract for the St. Joseph License Office to Elle Management, LLC in O’Fallon. All license office contracts in Missouri are awarded through a competitive bid process.

In fiscal year 2015, more than 124,000 transactions were conducted at the St. Joseph office, generating $420,228 in agent processing fees.

All local license offices are overseen by the Missouri Department of Revenue, but each is operated by an independent agent.
