Effective August 28, 2011 - House Bills 307, 354, and 550

Senate Bill 307

  • Creates the three following specialty license plate designs; Combat Action Badge, Cass County–The Burnt District, and Nixa Education Foundation.

Senate Bill 354

  • Exempts qualified plug-in electric-drive vehicles from the motor vehicle emissions inspection program.

Senate Bill 550

  • Modifies laws relating to liens and encumbrances on motor vehicles, trailers, watercraft, and manufactured homes.
