Community Improvement Districts (CID)

Items to be submitted to the Department:

  • Copy of any public hearing notice
  • Description of boundaries
  • Average assessment against the real property
  • Any amendments to the boundaries
  • The date on which the CID was formed
  • Proposed annual budget and other delineated financial information
